IBCC Attestation – Certificates & Diplomas

The Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) attestation is a mandatory verification process for all school, college, and technical education documents issued by recognized examination boards across Pakistan. This attestation confirms the authenticity of your educational qualifications and is essential for use abroad — especially for employment visas, work permits, foreign university admissions, immigration, embassy attestation, and further verification by HEC or foreign authorities.

IBCC attestation applies to both academic certificates (Matric, Intermediate) and technical/vocational diplomas (such as DAE, DIT, D.Com, etc.) issued by government-recognized boards.

Documents Covered

  • Matriculation (SSC) Certificate & Mark Sheet
  • Intermediate (HSSC) Certificate & Mark Sheet
  • Technical Diplomas (DAE, D.Com, DIT, Vocational Certificates, etc.)
  • Secondary and Higher Secondary Duplicate Certificates (if applicable)
  • Revised/Updated Result Cards (if applicable)

Required Documents – Original

  • Original Matric Certificate and Mark Sheet
  • Original Intermediate Certificate and Mark Sheet
  • Original Diploma Certificate (if applicable)
  • Original Board Verification Report (Mandatory) – issued by the relevant board prior to IBCC submission
  • Applicant’s Original CNIC or B-Form

Required Documents – Scanned Copies

  • CNIC Front & Back (separate files)
  • Father’s CNIC Copy (recommended)
  • Passport (if available or required for visa)
  • Board Verification Receipt or Letter (if already issued)

Important Notes

  • Board Verification is mandatory before IBCC attestation. Documents without prior verification will not be processed.
  • All documents must be original and valid. IBCC may seize any forged, fake, or tampered documents.
  • If your name, father’s name, or date of birth has changed, a supporting affidavit or court order is required.
  • IBCC does not attest photocopies, online result cards, or provisional results without original verification.
  • Attestation is required for both certificates and their respective mark sheets.

Processing Time

Estimated: 7 – 10 working days (after successful board verification)
